I disagree with the interpretation of that you've applied here. We have screened papers before filing and found material flaws. Our clients have frequently (about 1 in 10 times, so I agree with Robert) told us to submit anyway. In those cases, we have done so with clear directions to our staff to specifically point out the flaw to the Recorder staff beforehand. We are certainly not complicitious with fraud. Since we operate by explicity written contract, the only papers we screen are for those clients specifically requesting and paying for such services, with clear authority granted us to not file if there is a problem. The other clients do not get the benefit of screening and we are only a courier delivery service for them, much like FedEx or other local messenger firms that do the same. Prices obviously differ for each service too.
