Everything you have said in this email, she did to us.  In fact, we have to date never received one cent.  everytime she says's the check is in the mail, we never get.  She owes us 12 K.  We have filed in our local small claims court.  Now, she wants me to postpone the trial in lieu of promising to pay me $500 per month.  Just think in two years if she pays, I can get paid for work I did 6 months ago with no interest.
