I think their lawsuit for lost recording fees is somewhat frivolous, but I do like this idea. They may not be able to get those lost fees, but there is no reason to continue to do business with those banks. I wonder why the counties aren't doing business with local banks anyway. Shouldn't they be supporting their local economies?
