They shorted us and flat out just didn't pay a number of invoices and my emails have been ignored.  They sent us an update request this month and I sent back the past-due invoice report and I haven't seen or heard squat.  Of course, they deducted the service fee on all these orders too so not only were we not paid, we were charged for the work. 

Advice:  RUN - don't walk.
