Yes, new millenium title is on the way to going under.  All of the good people have left for better jobs and to work for a company that has ethical business practices.  The management is not qualified and does not care about anyone but themselves, not even their clients.  That is why BOA has left and Chase is not sending business.  They have shady-at best business practices and just went through an audit where they got creamed.  They recently changed their name to try and get around a lawsuit.  Stay away-far away!
