We did two searches for them and after the searches were completed and sent to them they said they weren't going to pay for them unless we went back to get additional docs that weren't a part of the origional order. Since these were commercial searches, he had run up a $400+ tab, and was a new client we politely asked that they pay either credit card by phone or overnight a check before we got them. Haven't heard from them since.
