I signed up for ValuAmerica  at the request of Service1st Valuation & Settlement in order to get their business. I started doing work for them in February. While ValuAmerica did not hesitate to debit for their fee within 30 days, Service1st pays at a "minimum 90 days". I was not told this in the beginning.  I just received my first check from Service1st yesterday (May 31st) for the work I did for them back in February! Waited nearly 4 months to get paid. Also, ValuAmerica's fees are all over the place. I had 8 orders in February and was debited $41.40 for  $5.175 per search. For March they charged $24.10 on 7 orders equaling $3.45 per order. I was originally told the ValuAmerica fee would be $3 and I could add it to my fees to cover the costs. I've had to raise my fees to cover these costs.
