Some clients really are clueless Jason. I remember when we were in the middle of a hurricane, we sent out letters the day before saying we would be closed and would let them know when we could re-open. One client called me and asked are you open yet? To which I replied no the eye is passing over us right now. Her response was well when do you think you will be able to start working we can't find anyone in South Florida. Do you think??? Sorry the lack of concern for us by our clients is amazing....
