I've seen this happen time and time again. These things always come full circle..when clients start accepting work from vendors at this rate it is inevitably the beginning of the end for them (the client). As the old adage, goes, "you get what you pay for"   Anyone willing to do work for that fee obviously has no respect for themselves or this line of work. Hold tight, the chickens will eventually come home to roost..as they say.
