I also received an agreement from a client that I've had for several years with the General Indemnity clause.  I have never had a problem with this client and they are in fact a good one. Since then, I have rec'd a couple of emails from potential new clients who have also sent agreements with some kind of indemnity clause.  This whole discussion has given me pause & I have emailed my E & O carrier asking if signing such an agreement would nullify my coverage.  Not a lawyer and this is bothering, scaring me!
