This is very Comical.  I get calls from India monthly as well.  I do work in a few Counties in Maryland.  I have been doing this since 1993 and I have never heard anyone locally that I work with refer themselves as experts.  I love how they refer themselves as experts with 10 years experience.  Hell they weren't even doing the work when all we had were Books to search.  We are all constantly learning in this business.   My base is Prince Georges County in Maryland.  I'd love to see one of these idiots do a title for a person named "James Williams" or "Mary Smith" in P.G. County for $15.00. or do a title in any county with so many common names for $15.00..  Actually i challenge any of these People in India to do a complete Full title search whereby they actually do the work back 60 years at least and supply the client with everything they need to settle the transaction and also have it make sense to the client instead of giving the client nothing but a bunch of printouts and expecting the client to decipher WTF they have done.  IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.  What will local title companies do when there are no abstractors left but India?  Also there is at least one company in the US that has the work done in India and they have screwed so many people over.  You have all probably lost work to them at some point.  I won't mention the name of the company.  They need to disappear.
