This is a company out of India!! I have not been doing any work for anyone in India because they continue to steal clients. If we as abstractors stop getting them copies, they will not survive.

Delaware has no state tax, so its very convenient they created a business in a state using a UPS store as their address. I am assuming they sell P.O. Boxes.

 Just my thought
