Disappear how?  Left town & not answering the phone or just not responding to emails. 

I have found that posting the miscreant's name & address on this website tends to bring the desired results.  Sometimes the money doesn't appear but still there is the satisfaction of knowing that deadbeat clients will have a difficult time getting other people to do their work
