I too have become increasingly frustrated by the inability to get my foot in the door at many real estate ofices. CBA's have been the death knoll for small independent title agents. I continue to be so very thankful for those Realtors who "get it", that understand that service is key and that people should EXPECT good service and professionalism in thier real estate dealings.
