Very good advice. Also do not cut corners and go the cheap route to setting up a corporation or LLC. It is a one time expense, but well worth it to do it the right way. In the case of an LLC make certain that you have membership certificates and a membership/management agreement drafted. It will save a lot of difficulty in terms of internal dissention and break up.
