Well yes, I did read the disclaimer and I don't see how what I wrote is reckless. At the time I wrote the above no one who had done work for the company had replied so I decided to share what I had heard with the original poster.
You seem to want to make a big deal out of the fact that I haven't worked for them before, but someone had already beaten you to the punch. Namely me, in the first sentence of my post. I thought I had made it pretty clear that I was passing on information that I had heard from multiple sources, not personal experience that I had myself. I suppose I should have made that more obvious, although I'm not sure how I could.
Now obviously one man's pain in the neck to work for is another man's typical high volume client. I do appreciate that the president of the company replied as that is good for discourse. Much better approach than thinly veiled allusions to claims of libel in my opinion. Kudos to her.
