There's some irony that the Massachusetts legislature might soon be considering changes to the law that would make the state a judicial forelosure state.  In Florida, which is of course already a judicial foreclosure state, legislators recently considered a bill to create a non-judicial foreclosure foreclosure process in the state to alleveiate its foreclosure problems (the bill failed). 

I guess the grass is always greener on the other side...
