Maria - his brother has an abstracting company.  I do not know who is the owner but I've heard nothing but good things about him, his integrity, his ability to communicate with real humans, his pay history, his personality, his dependability.  Amazing sometimes how opposite siblings can be.  We have clients who work with Ben and we've even been sent his searches accidentally from abstractors, which we forward to him.  We've never spoken to nor dealt with him but unless Ken is the actual owner of his company, I don't think he should be involved in this just because he's family.
