Help! I'm doing an REO search - went thru foreclosure CT issued on July 10. Then on July 26 all action was dismissed! Deutsche Bank thinks they own it. Also condo assn included but then filed LP on august 10 and FJ on sept. 7. What's the deal?? Need answer ASAP!! Thanks! :0) oh, does this mean borrower redeemed after sale?
