Glad this could spark a decent conversation.. I just want to point out the fact that these USA based Title Companies and Underwriters are going to be the next on the list to be outsourced. Why would India not start a overseas title company or sell title insurance? Then the big wigs at the title insurance firms are going to be singing the same song we are... KEEP IT LOCAL, KEEP IT AMERICAN! I dont believe we should unionize but maybe to keep our chosen professions maybe we need to take a look at it. We probably need to vote our Registers office candidates based on what they are going to do to keep our American records safe from Foreigners gathering information about American properties. Call me weird or whatever but I think we need to do something.....
