Just a heads up here. I did ONE search for these people. After 30 days, I requested status of my ONE Bill. I was assured by Mr. King that the check would be sent out the first of the next week. After further "how dare you ask about payment!" emails between Mr. King and his associate, Christine Adame to me,(oh, didn't I know that they had a net 45 payment policy? NO. I assure you I would not have accepted the work if I had know that!)As of tomorrow, 3 weeks from the first promised day, I still have not received my check for payment. Oh and please, they cut me off from doing any further work for their overwhelming amount of work that they do in North Carolina. They make up their own rules along the way whether you agreed to it or not! I guess I shouldn't be surprised with the sign of the times and all of the news in the industry. Oh, and yes they used my work product, the deed of trust on the borrower that I searched was recorded October 18th. Just wanted to give my experience with them.
