This is my experience with Core Information Service of NJ. In October they indicated that we provide them with about a lot of cell phone tower searches in Nevada in a rush. After I got everyone in place and committed, they stalled for quite sometime. Don't remember how long, but at least 7-10 days. Then they said their client was delaying the order. Finally they cancelled after several phone calls my me.

They did give me an order for my state which we did within the time frame that they wanted it completed. Then they changed their mind and wanted more information which I couldn't provide them for the fees they requested and gave them the name of an Abstractor that could accomodate them with their fees and turn around time. I billed them for the work that we completed. That was in October. After assuring me that they pay within 30 days, I received a check the other day for that order (January.)

They seem to be very unorganized, do not keep their word and ask for the moon and do not follow through. There was another incident that was pretty wierd, I won't go into here.

Just saying be aware. Do a Google search on the President of this company ( gentleman with an italian last name.) I don't have his name within easy reach. I can get it for you, if you don't have it- email me. I think you will find something interesting. And it is a red flag. Just be careful.
