Interesting that you should post that today.  I had a client stop in today for an appointment and he told me that ESOP has been helping him, but his lender will not provide the documentation they need.  We have a status conference tomorrow on his case and I'll be asking the attorney for the bank why they refuse to provide the information my client needs to get assistance.
