The series of posts following your inquiry was brought to my attention by a member of our BridgeWater staff.  Our company has no record of doing business with several of the bloggers and found two of them to be based in Virginia.  It is unsettling and disheartening to see this forum cheapened to a self-serve environment in a community that has ample work for all those that are qualified.     

It is true that we are demanding in our product from both a timeliness and an accuracy standpoint as we cater to our client's needs by providing a quick and an accurate product that we feel they so richly deserve from us.  We are a growing company with humble roots that courts positive change for our clients, our field staff and ourselves which makes us unafraid of challenge and change.  With an average of 72,000 titles under our belt for the past two years in local title work, over 50 employees, 300 vendors and a service region of three southeastern states, we believe our efforts continue to pay off for those associated with us and hope that never changes.
