As a point of clarification, BridgeWater is one of nine companies operating in the southeast USA and our title company has been one of the leaders inside our portfolio for the past several years.  

Our acquisition companies (we have two) service accounts that acquire rights of ways and produce land title work for condemnation projects within a city, county, state and federal government and also includes large utility companies as well.  As teachers in the industry, we co-authored the training manual for one of the largest acquisition groups in Georgia and presently represent over 40 percent of thier acquisition work, over 80 percent of their land title work and under a 1 percent condemnation ratio statewide.  Thanks for giving me a forum to open up about the facts of some of our companies.
