Since Argent covers all of Michigan, we have a LOT of clients (over 125) and they are our FAVORITES.  Seriously, they're wonderful in every way.  they pay their bills on time, our main contact person is a jem and never gets pissy if I ask for a price upgrade (which I do only when it's provable that work above and beyond is necessary) (and he's fun to e-mail with.  Smart, knowledgeable, funny...heck, I'd MARRY him!).  Their orders come in in a terrific format and it's a piece of cake to click a button to give them your eta -- a little calendar pops up and you just pick the day in the a.m. or p.m.  Couldn't be simpler.  Someone did a lot of work in their order processing -- GOOD work -- and it shows.
