My wife runs a little web company.  She does complete website with hosting for a year, and unlimited email accounts with your own domain name for $300.00 a year.

If you want addition work done above and beyond the basic 5 page site, it's done at $20 and hour.  No monthly maintenance fees.  Email me if you'd like more info.  I don't think SOT would appreciate advertising here. 

I personally don't like using Go Daddy.  I've run into problems with them in the past.
