Has anyone heard that such entities as Chicago Title and others are no longer issuing "starters"?  I had a discussion yesterday with a local attorney who told me that Chicago Title (local plant) is either no longer issuing starters or alternatively are stamping on the face of whatever they give you a statement to the effect that you cannot rely upon the information contained in the document being provided, which in most cases is a copy of a policy issued on the subject property.
