Its a great idea however its not in any reality I am aware of.

I have a policy in my company when I bring on a new client, and that policy is $300.00 worth of work is the most I will do until I see a check. $300 isn't going to make or break my company.

But to be honest, all of my clients pay me in a timely fashion, every 2 weeks or every month and I am quite happy with this arrangement.

I would not demand they pay per order because personally I think that is some thing that is never going to happen.
