Fight Illiteracy! - Robert Franco/OH

I want to encourage everyone to make a small donation to The Derek Zoolander Center For Children Who Can't Read Good And Wanna Learn To Do Other Stuff Good Too.  Obviously, illiteracy has become a problem, even here.  I suspect that is why William said:

His reasoning contains unproved suppositions that, when taken together, create a pistache of flaws so numerous as to boggle the mind.  His response is often to obfuscate or invoke his credentials as being all-mighty or run to the safety of "this group agrees with me....".

Apparently, William was unable to read all of my posts on the Freehold covenant, where I cited the relevant statutes, case law, State Senators, U.S. Congressman, regulators, law professors, etc.  Perhaps he has just chosen to ignore the law to reach his own conclusion that it is okay to scam people out of thousands of dollars.

I have pointed out that various individuals and groups agree with my interpretation of the law, but I have thoroughly interpreted the law for any one who is able to read.

And, it is noteworthy that SEVERAL organizations and individuals have concurred in my analysis of the issue, including: ALTA, various state land title associations, the American Bar Association, various state bar associations, the National Association of Realtors, mortgage bankers associations, The Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Office & Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), Labor Council for Latin American Advancement, and the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance who joined the Coalition which already includes American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Center for Responsible Lending, Georgia State Trade Association of Nonprofit Developers, Hawaii Advocates for Consumer Protection, Institute for Liberty, Interfaith Housing Center of the Northern Suburbs, the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (IFPTE), Property Rights Alliance, Transport Workers Union, and Vote Vets.

The only "organization" that agrees with William is the company with the patent pending on the covenant - Freehold Capital Partners - who obviously has a vested interest in making money from them.

And... regarding the topic of this particular thread - William made the comment:

This incident was properly regulated, by the courts which looked into and adjudicated the matter.

If he were able to read, he would have noticed that I didn't disagree with the holding in the case.  Though I disagreed with their reasoning, I believe they reached the correct result.

Best,
Robert A. Franco
