Not a title jockeys job. Everyone in the title abstractor always thinks there the experts. Our job is to report what we find, simple as that. The closing agent should be attending to all problems there after. Its about the money, except for the title abstractor. We get paid the least for the title and assume most of the liablity.
Time for all title jockeys to unite and increase our fees!
