I must say that's pretty classy of you to come on this board and slam years worth of hard work Robert and Slade (and us posters) have put into SOT.

If you had some copious free time, perhaps you should scroll further into the pages here of SOT and find the hundreds of posts regarding title evidence. Posts that range from creating more business, title news, title evidence scenarios and collective debate regarding industry practices. We have created a community here Mr. Alvey and you are trying to be a homewrecker.

I took your advice and checked out your website listed... all I have to say is, and? You offer nothing more than pimping services to vendor managers. Infact you don't even have an Alexa ranking. 1 link in and no noticeable traffic at all.

A word to the wise Mr. Alvey, perhaps when you come to the the gunfight, bring your ammunition, because you just got both barrels from this site and its loyal members.
