My first thought when he states no more bailouts is that this is a positive concept.

I do (personally, always my personal views on here) wonder about other funding that is ongoing. With the consistent cut backs on education in many states and the rising welfare costs tied in with unemployment, the healthcare bills, etc. More and more attention seems to be coming off of the pillars of a strong and well society and onto easing the effects of a weak and ineffective education system.
