No, I have no idea what they "allow". This is the usual form where you fill in your charges. But we all have an idea what the new charges are. Much lower than they were 10 years or more ago. I keep filling out these forms and never get work so obviously my charges, which have not changed in years, are too high for this type of work. Of course it used to be that I did work for title agencies and title companies and attorneys. Now we have this entity in the middle that wants a percentage and they want it from me.
Maybe they just want to find out who is cheapest in a market and then they can take my clients, whose names they ask for on the form, and tell them they can get the work done cheaper.
No matter their motives I don't think I will continue to fill out these forms. Seems dangerous.
