At what point do the irresponsible buyers actually assume any culpability in all of this?

I for one am tired of all the hoopla surrounding the foreclosure crisis. They signed, they owe the money. Not one single case has been brought where a borrower was physically forced to sign a mortgage debt.

We are all having to pay for this crap through the bank bailouts. They didn't pay, kick them out, lets get the market to correct and move on. This constant stalling and false proping-up is keeping alot of people on this forum in the poor house. I pray for the day when the forum goes back to really cool title problems instead of the every other non-pay post.
