Don't worry.  The Indian's are being outsourced back to the Continental US as big title companies like First American and Fidelity are rolling out online, automated title guarantees.  Log on, put in the property address, ciick on the desired product and a report will be automatically generated from their database. No longer are abstractors needed.  No longer are schlumps at a title plant required to input Assessors Parcel Numbers.  This will be done automatically.

Errors that result in claims will be paid, essentially as casualty insurance claims, with the cost of paying the insurance claim becoming the end-of-the-fiscal-year tax writeoff on the corporate books.
