• The link you refer to is a backlink. Its purpose is SEO.
• The website is one of my websites, and yes, it does have something about me in it, but not much. Of the over 100 pages on the site, I only appear on two of them: the index page and the About page. The sum total of the material about me is to let potential clients know three things:

1. Who I am. (Title attorney.)
2. What I do. (Guess.)
3. Where I do it. (Guess again.)

It also provides basic contact info.

This is called self-promotion* or "marketing" George.

It works.

The rest of the site is devoted to providing links to Tennessee land title resources, and as such, it is a work in progress.

It is also lots of fun.

As Dorothy Payne points out in her reply to your reply, I will let everyone know if and when I am paid.
