Source of Title Forums: Re: E & O Claim

First, turn this claim over to your E & O. You are paying premiums for their representation. First, they will try to negotiate a settlement. If they are unable to do so, they will turn it over to their attorney. There is no need for you to consult an attorney at your expense.

As a note, several years ago, I worked with attorneys who defended such claims.
