It seems like no one has learned any leasons from all this mess.  I have tried lowering prices with very little success.  No one seems to care about quality work any more or the fact that I have 16 years experience with no claims.  Could you give me some examples of diversifying and expanding?  I would like to continue to title work on a contract basis,  but other than document retrieval I have not been able to come up with any other areas to expand into to stay afloat.
