How in the world can you, being a lawyer, think that taxing the rich higher but keeping the lower and middle tax cuts is ok? "EQUALITY UNDER THE LAW" You would seriously advocate taxing one group of individuals higher than the other and find that Constitutionally acceptable?
Fascinating: you not only think tax brackets are unconsitutional, you think it is radical to think otherwise!
George, we've had tax brackets for as long as we've had Federal income taxes. They passed a constitutional amendment to begin collecting the tax, and he policy has been so constitutionally acceptable that its been around just two years short of a century. This isn't some new concept.
