The only certainty is that if we continue the Bush tax cuts for everyone, we won't have enough money to opearte the government.  We will have to continue borrow and raise the debt ceiling again... and again... and again.

We do have a spending problem, but it has gotten so out of control that reducing spending by enough to fix the problem isn't enough.  We have to raise more revenue.
