I have done work for them for a couple years. They were getting to be slow-pay, and so I required them to catch up before I would do another search for them. They paid it up right away when I did that. Ken can be a whiner, and a little difficult to deal with sometimes. They are the kind of client that I don't necessarily look forward to seeing orders from, but he's legitimate. You'll get paid. If he takes too long, just let him know you'll cut him off unless he's prompt.

This might seem silly, but the most irritating thing about getting his orders is the juvenile way he puts 47 exclamation points after everything.  CURRENT OWNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!    DUE IN 24 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  IF NOT IN TITLE CALL IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  MUST SHOW WHETHER OPEN OR CLOSED-END FOR MORTGAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
