We've used them in a few instances so I can't speak of their pay habits but they're nice people.  Yes, everyone I've spoken to there is (gasp) Middle Eastern but they actually seem to know what theyre talking about and have States-based offices unlike some companies who've approached us to do their searches for them (RASA).
