For the first time in 25 years I have been forced to put a customer on "hold" for slow payment. I finally got tired of calling almost every month for the status of my invoice. They have gradually lengthened the time of paying invoices. Now the norm is  minimum 60-90 + days after the order was completed. I would appreciate feedback on this.
