I was contacted today about doing work for Corporate Settlement Solutions, North Olmstead, OH.  The letter says they are a new company.  Has anyone had any experience with them or heard anything about them.  I am in Kentucky and I have been burned before by companies in other states, like American Freedom Assurance.  They have owed me about $200.00 since November of 2009.  I didn't find anything searching for the company name, but the letter is signed by  Katie Zereski and when you search for that name it comes up with several enteries for Dan Zereski who is an attorney in California who threatened to sue a title examiner for missing a mortgage.  Since the last names are so unique I am concerned that there are some ties between the two Zereski's and this may be a situation that will come back to bite me in the end.
