I sent a reply to one of them and ask him how he thought up (or learned) the

scam system he was using.  He shot back to me that he had been reading up

on the U.S.  SS and Medicare system and thought it was a great model to follow.

As he said,  "you workers put up front money for a promise, and there is nothing

there to back it up, just like my system I have developed".  Guess we taught them

well.
