Robert, the case is "The Linda Mc Company, Inc., Respondent v. James G. Shore and Jan Shore, Petitioners".  It can be found at this site:  http://www.sccourts.org/opinions/advSheets/no362010.pdf

I, personally, would appreciate your interpretation of this case.  I am also going to present it to one of my SC licensed attorney clients and will get back with the Board.
