RE tax info is not available in the RODS in Mass, nor can you obtain it online at a city or town website.  I only have one out of state client who requires tax info & since there's no way to confirm the accuracy of the info I always put a disclaimer about the reliability of the tax info on my report to them.,  I also note that all tax info was gotten over the phone with someone in the tax collector's office & that my client needs to order a municipal lien certificate to ensure the accuracy of the information.
