Mission Viejo Title out of NJ called our company in December 2009. They requested a current owner title search which we promptly completed and returned but we have yet to see payment for it. I was able to get in contact with Kirsten Winan via email last month (on 3/9/10) and she said should would send a payment by the end of the week. You all know the story from here. We still haven't seen the payment (as of 4/14/10) and she is no longer replying to my emails. Hopefully this prevents some of my fellow abstractors from getting into the same situation with them. Has anyone else had experience with this company?
