In our area, that is not unusual at all. Those are the requirements for most orders. A large part of the properties in this area have easements, and we come across flowage and mineral rights every day. One of the challenges of trying to get an out of area customer to understand why all orders can not be completed the same day as they order, and why we have to charge more.
